InMotion Armenia
InMotion Armenia is a youth organisation based in Yerevan, working with young people in areas such as personal development, participation and social inclusion. It has experience in international youth exchanges and projects involving young people with diverse backgrounds, including those with fewer opportunities.
The organisation focuses on creating supportive environments where young people can develop skills, confidence and connections. In POV, it supports participant involvement and coordination in Armenia. InMotion Armenia is well connected to dance and performing arts scenes in Yerevan and creates connections between POV participants and Armenian artists.

CCNRB (Centre chorégraphique national de Rennes et de Bretagne)
CCNRB is a leading dance institution based in Rennes. As part of the FAIR-E collective, it brings together artists working across hip-hop and contemporary dance, with a strong focus on collaboration, diversity and accessibility.
CCNRB regularly hosts performances, workshops and community-based projects, creating connections between professional dance and wider audiences. In POV, it contributes artistic expertise and provides a link to the local dance scene in Rennes.
L’Autre Pépinière
L’Autre Pépinière is a youth organisation based in Rennes, working at the intersection of intercultural learning, social engagement and creative practice. It develops projects that bring together young people from different backgrounds and encourages active participation and exchange.
Through its work, the organisation connects local and international contexts and supports inclusive learning environments. In POV, it contributes to the facilitation of the group process and the intercultural dimension of the project.

Beyond Borders e.V.
Beyond Borders is a youth organisation based in Hamburg that develops and implements international projects for young people. Its work focuses on intercultural exchange, non-formal learning and the combination of artistic and educational approaches.
The organisation regularly creates spaces where young people can meet, collaborate and engage with social topics through creative formats, as well as spaced for artistic expression and performance. In POV, Beyond Borders is responsible for the overall coordination of the project. Youth leaders, project managers and porfessional artists and art educators from Beyond Borders join the team for POV.
POV Team:
Bertille Kapela is a youth worker and intercultural trainer based in Rennes, and part of L’Autre Pépinière. She facilitates intercultural exchange, supports group processes and well-being, and leads language animation and reflection sessions.
Bouzid Ait Atmane is a dancer, choreographer and co-director of the CCNRB in Rennes. Coming from hip-hop culture, his work connects different dance styles and focuses on collective processes, creativity and the social dimension of dance.
Leyla Olberding coordinates international youth projects at Beyond Borders and has a background in political science and urban development. She enjoys working in intercultural settings and creating spaces where people feel comfortable to engage and contribute.
Louis Bénet is the cultural and artistic projects manager for the CCNRB and works with Bertille to coordinate the project.

Marthe Meier is a dancer, dance pedagogue and choreographer based in Berlin, with a focus on contemporary dance and improvisation through imagination and transformation. Marthe enjoys collective creation processes from the in- and outside, and is interested in dance in educational and social contexts. She has been part of Beyond Borders since the beginning. In POV, she will support the group in developing the performance, teach classes and contributes as an organiser.

Nina Hayrapetyan is an Armenian contemporary dancer, choreographer, actress, movement director, ballet rehearsal assistant, and emerging dance filmmaker whose artistic practice exists at the intersection of movement, visual storytelling, and cultural memory. Rooted in both Armenian national dance and contemporary physical language, her work blends raw emotion, cinematic atmosphere, and powerful theatricality to create a distinct artistic voice.

Varsik Nikoyan is a psychologist, youth facilitator and founder of InMotion Armenia. She has coordinated and facilitated numerous international youth projects across Europe, combining youth work, mental health and embodied learning. In her work, she uses movement and dance as tools for connection, self-exploration and group processes.

Verena Gresz is a dancer and political scientist based in Regensburg. Working at the intersection of dance, participation and social questions, she combines artistic practice with reflection and dialogue. With a background in Breaking, Capoeira and Contemporary Dance, she facilitates movement-based processes and supports participants in exploring expression, communication and collective creation. In POV, she contributes to the artistic process, leads movement sessions and facilitates language animation.
