An international dance exchange for 18 young adults from France, Germany and Armenia

POV – Perspectives in Motion brings together 18 young people from Germany, France and Armenia.
Over three exchanges, you will take part in creating and performing a dance piece.
The creation process is inspired by collective research/discussions on the topic “change of perspective”, in relation to polarisation, communication, opinion-forming and the role of social media today.
What to expect:
DANCE (open level): Classes (Urban/Contemporary), Improvisation, Guided collective Creation, Final Performance in Armenia
RESEARCH: Workshops, Barcamps, Informal Discussions, Artistic Research
VIDEO PROJECT: Live Video on Stage, Collective Video Project
EXCHANGE: Group activities such as intercultural dinner, language and group games, city tours, visits to cultural venues in each country.
POV is open to all levels of experience and all dance styles. All levels are welcome, some movement and/or stage experience is required. You will be challenged according to your level. You should be open to try different dance styles and contemporary methods of improvisation and creation.
The programme covers travel, accommodation, food, activities, visa & insurance. Participants contribute a small participation fee between 150 and 500 € in total. The amount depends on your country of residence (more information here), as well as on how much you are able to pay.
